Unlike most other accountants, we believe that clients should not have to wait months to receive their accounts and tax returns, and that it is perfectly reasonable to us for you to expect your phone calls and emails to be replied to on a prompt basis.
Prompt reply to emails and phone messages
We aim to ensure that phone and email messages are replied to in a prompt manner, as soon as possible after we receive them, and certainly within 48 hours (unless weekends or bank holiday periods).

30 day Service Guarantee
As long as we receive all of your records (e.g. bank statements, sales and purchase invoices) and replies to any queries arising, we will ensure that:
- For self-employed (sole traders), partnerships and companies - your draft accounts are sent out for you to review within 30 days of receipt.
- For individuals - your self-assessment tax return will be completed for your approval within 30 days of receipt.
If we are late in meeting this guarantee we will reduce your overall fee by 10%!
